Terms and Conditions for our “Big Lottery: Win a Professional, Ergonomic Watchmaker Bench”

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by ERNST & FRIENDS GmbH, Kannengießerstraße 2, D-21493 Elmenhorst/Lanken near Hamburg – Germany.

2. Prize

The organizer will raffle off a professional, ergonomic watchmaker’s workbench (item 3802-145-2) worth EUR 2,600 among all participants who answered the competition question correctly. Incoterm: Ex works, ex warehouse. The winner bears the shipping costs.

3. Participation Requirements

  • Companies or sole proprietors (B2B) are eligible to participate. The person participating on behalf of the organizer must be at least 18 years old.
  • Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  • Participation is by correctly completing the competition form (tick the correct answer to the production number of the Miyota 2035 caliber) and submitting the form at the ERNST & FRIENDS stand (No. 413 in Hall C2) or at the Miyota stand (No. 121 in Hall A1).
  • Participation is free and does not depend on the purchase of a product.
  • Only one entry is possible among participating companies and sole proprietors.
  • The competition runs during the trade fair period (February 20-23, 2026)

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be determined based on the estimate that is nearest to the actual value. If several participants are equally close or have identical correct answers, the winner will be chosen at random.
  • The winner will be notified via email to the provided address within 5 business days after the giveaway ends.
  • If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

5. Data Protection

  • The personal data collected for the giveaway (name, location, email address) will be used exclusively for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
  • The data will be deleted 2 weeks after the prize has been shipped.
  • Additional data protection information can be found on the organizer’s website.

6. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • Legal recourse is excluded.
  • A cash payout or exchange of the prize is not possible.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Incoterm: Ex works, ex warehouse. The winner is responsible for shipping the prize.

1. Veranstalter

Das Gewinnspiel wird von der ERNST & FRIENDS GMBH, Kannengießerstraße 2, D-21493 Elmenhorst/Lanken bei Hamburg – Germany durchgeführt.

2. Gewinn

Der Veranstalter verlost unter allen Teilnehmenden, die die Gewinnspiel-Frage korrekt beantwortet haben, einen professionellen, ergonomischen Uhrmacher-Werktisch (Artikel 3802-145-2) im Wert von 2.600 EUR. Incoterm: Ex works, ab Lager. Die Versandkosten trägt der Gewinner.

3. Teilnahmebedingungen

• Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Unternehmen oder Einzelunternehmer (B2B). Die im Auftrag teilnehmende Person muss mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein.
• Mitarbeiter des Veranstalters und deren Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
• Die Teilnahme erfolgt durch das korrekte Ausfüllen des Gewinnspielformulars (richtige Antwort zur Produktionszahl des Miyota 2035 Kalibers ankreuzen) und die Abgabe des Formulars am ERNST & FRIENDS Stand (Nr. 413 in Halle C2) oder am Miyota Stand (Nr. 121 in Halle A1).
• Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und nicht vom Kauf eines Produkts abhängig.
• Unter den teilnehmenden Unternehmen und Einzelunternehmern ist nur eine Teilnahme möglich.
• Das Gewinnspiel läuft im Messezeitraum (20-23.02.2026)

4. Gewinnerermittlung und Benachrichtigung

• Der Gewinner wird anhand der Schätzung ermittelt, die dem tatsächlichen Wert am nächsten kommt. Sollten mehrere Teilnehmende gleich nah oder identisch richtig liegen, entscheidet das Zufallsprinzip.
• Die Gewinnbenachrichtigung erfolgt per E-Mail an die angegebene Adresse innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach Gewinnspielende.
• Meldet sich der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach der Benachrichtigung zurück, verfällt der Gewinn und es wird ein neuer Gewinner ausgelost.

5. Datenschutz

• Die im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten (Name, Standort, E-Mail-Adresse) werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
• Die Daten werden 2 Wochen nach Versand des Gewinns gelöscht.
• Weitere Datenschutzinformationen sind auf der Webseite des Veranstalters abrufbar.

6. Sonstige Bestimmungen

• Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
• Eine Barauszahlung oder ein Umtausch des Gewinns ist nicht möglich.
• Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit zu ändern oder abzubrechen, falls unvorhergesehene Umstände eintreten.
• Incoterm: Ex works, ab Lager. Die Versandkosten des Gewinns trägt der Gewinner.
